Games Development skills
I have hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5, a leading game development platform, and am proficient in Autodesk Maya, widely used for 3D modelling and animation. My skill set also includes strong general computer literacy and familiarity with a range of creative and technical software, including Adobe Photoshop and Substance Painter 3D.
Work well under pressure
While I, like many others, prefer to avoid unnecessary pressure, I’ve found that clear deadlines and defined targets help me stay focused and productive. Knowing what needs to be achieved and when it’s due motivates me to deliver high-quality work efficiently and on time.
Computing Skills
Having earned my ECDL qualification during secondary school, along with several other certifications, I’ve developed a strong foundation in computing from an early age. Growing up surrounded by technology and diverse computing environments, I’ve gained extensive experience in both hardware and software.
I’ve built multiple personal computer systems, which has deepened my understanding of PC architecture and troubleshooting. I’m highly computer literate and proficient in a wide range of software applications, including core office programs and various creative and technical tools.
This background has equipped me with the confidence and capability to adapt quickly to new technologies and contribute effectively in tech-driven environments.
Social Media
I actively manage and create content across multiple social media platforms, consistently engaging with diverse audiences. One of my key projects includes running a personal Discord server with around 30 active members, where I foster a welcoming and interactive community.
Recently, I’ve developed a growing interest in livestreaming on Twitch, where I share content and connect with viewers in real time. I stream whenever possible and enjoy the dynamic nature of live interaction.
Additionally, I’ve applied my computing and digital skills to design and maintain my own website, integrating my social media presence and showcasing my creative work.
TeamWork
Throughout my education and past experiences, I’ve successfully collaborated with others on a variety of group projects and skill-building exercises. These opportunities have strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, contribute to shared goals, and adapt within team environments. Working alongside peers has also helped me refine my problem-solving skills and develop a deeper understanding of project workflows and creative collaboration.
Video Game Knowledge
Having played video games from a young age, I’ve developed a broad understanding of various genres and platforms. My extensive experience spans countless hours of gameplay, allowing me to appreciate both classic titles and explore new releases with genuine enthusiasm.
I’ve also had the opportunity to participate in beta testing for several FIFA titles prior to their official launch. This gave me early insight into game mechanics and development processes, and I thoroughly enjoyed providing feedback and engaging with the game in its pre-release stages.
